Arro of the North
As a Professional Land Surveyor with over 14 years of experience, David Serrano is passionate about providing quality services to his customers,
and the outdoors. In early 2007 he was able to bring those passions to International Falls when he and partner Bruce Skipton opened Arro of the North land surveying business.
David's wife Cherie had grown up in the area and they had contemplated a return north from the Twin Cities. After doing some work in the area, David felt there was an opportunity to provide land surveying services in the International Falls/Koochiching County area. Arro of the North has found a home in International Falls and the move has been a good one for the Serrano's - Dave, wife Cheri, sons Edward and William - as well as the two other full time staff people and a part-time intern.
Arro offers the most up-to-date technology - including GPS and Robotic Total Stations - to provide a full range of land surveying services including: certificates of surveys for residential and commercial property, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, control surveys, certificates of surveys for parcel divisions, minor subdivisions, preliminary and final plats, wetlands delineations, and much more. In addition, Arro and its partners can provide civil engineering services.
Arro and its sister offices have provided their services to a variety of customers including residential and commercial developers, real estate attorneys, architects, private industry, utility companies, governmental agencies and municipalities and private land owners. In fact, this summer, Arro was engaged by the City of International Falls to conduct a wetland inventory plan to help in guiding future development.
Arro's model is quite simple - servicing the client is the top priority. As for the move "north" to International Falls, David says, "The move to International Falls has been terrific. People have gone out of their way to make our family feel like this is home."
