US Border Patrol Headquarters (Riverfront Development) - Construction is well underway for the new 30,000 sq ft headquarters building.

City of International Falls and Voyageurs National Park (Riverfront Development) - Clearing and infrastructure work has begun for the new VNP Headquarters facility. Construction of the facility is set to begin in the spring.

Northland Distributing & Manufacturing (distributor of outdoor furnaces, fireplaces, stoves, and hot tubs) - The 30,000 sq ft expansion is nearly complete which over time will be used for manufacturing and assembly of outdoor furnaces.
